We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing data security and compliance business as a Customer Success Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, project management, and a keen understanding of compliance regulations and auditing, particularly in the areas of HIPAA, ISO27001, and SOC2.

In This Role:

  • Successfully manage and deliver multiple client projects on time, leading to increased client satisfaction and retention.
  • Perform comprehensive audits on all clients, identifying critical areas for improvement that reduce customer risk.
  • Represent the company at conferences, effectively networking and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Visit current and new customers when required to continue to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, resulting in client retention.  
  • Successfully upsell additional services to existing customers contributing to an increase in annual revenue.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of related experience in customer service, project management, compliance, auditing, data security, IT, healthcare, or compliance sectors.
  • Familiarity of data security principles and compliance regulations 
  • Internal Auditor certification for ISO27001 or CISA certification or similar auditor certification desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage customer-related projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
